Ambassador Criteria

What is a FCI Ambassador? This is a team of persons who love Crooked Island and would help promote Forever Crooked Island’s message and agenda. These requirements/responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Social Media Savvy: One of the Ambassadors core goals will be to amplify FCI’s social media messages. This includes (posting, sharing social media posts, getting their peers to like and share post/messaging, Research: hashtags, other suitable shareable content)
• Connected: Ambassadors are meant to be the eyes and ears for what is happening on and for Crooked Island. Any event, development, positive news etc should be shared with the group/online communities. Ambassadors who have a network of Crooked Islanders/descendants will be ideal.
• Content Providers: If FCI is to have a robust online presence, content is needed: this includes Photos, Articles/Opinion Pieces/ Video etc.
• Friendly/Engaging: FCI recognizes that we are the face of our island. Therefore, we must be welcoming, and engaging for all visitors. Engaging with them, asking them to leave comments/vids on our social media etc. will ensure our visitors have an experience they would love to share and hopefully return.
• Admin/Event Organization: There will be times when FCI will be responsible for hosting/coordinating events. Ambassadors would be called upon to assist if possible with arrangements, promo, organizing etc.

Tasks will be assigned weekly/monthly depending on FCI messaging schedule

Incentives

FCI is not currently in the position to pay for this position, however periodically incentives will given:

• Free Top Up Minutes
• Free FCI Merch
• One Round trip ticket (CRI to/from Nassau) – (Given yearly to chosen Ambassador)

If you are interested in becoming a FCI ambassador, know your email and phone contact will be required as a means of contact/issue of FCI agenda. Doing so will add you to future FCI correspondence. If at anytime you change your mind, you can opt out.
